Account Deletion

In-App Account Deletion

• To delete your account within the app, navigate to the account settings and select the option to delete your account. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

External Account Deletion Request

• If you no longer have the app installed, you can delete your account by emailing adam@digiID.com with the subject "DELETE ACCOUNT". Please include the following information in your email:
• Profile name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Screenshot of your profile screen
